Sennheiser now launches a couple of its newest products, the MM 400 and MM 450 Travel Bluetooth 2.1 headsets that will be part of its Mobile Music lineup. Targeting use for both audio and phone calls, the MM 400 and MM 450 Travel are equipped with an invisible microphone, featuring a wired connection option with the included cable and adapters whenever there is no opportunity to go wireless - for instance, when you’re on an airplane or just want to prolong the battery life of the headset as long as possible. Controls are placed on the right speaker pod, including volume, power and track navigation buttons. Meant for travelers, the headsets fold flat in their molded travel cases, and the headband is reinforced with metal to avoid snapping. Either also has an airline-friendly adapter.

The MM 400 Series stands out with its stylish but practical design. Both headsets boast a rugged, “travel-proof” build and are exceptionally easy on the ears - with ultra-soft pads to keep you listening in comfort on even the longest trips. They are also very easy to use, with the intuitive controls all clustered conveniently on the right capsule. The invisible microphone has no protruding boom to get in the way, while the on-capsule volume control saves you scrambling for the volume on your source device.

The MM450 travel also offers NoiseGuard to block 90% of unwanted background noise electronically. The headset also features TalkThrough that allows you to hear people talking to you without removing the headphones. Both headsets will ship in September at an undisclosed price.

Either set can be charged through a USB port or the included charger that includes plug adapters for Europe, the USA, the UK and Australia.

While both the MM 400 and MM 450 Travel will ship in September, pricing for either headset hasn’t been announced.
